Food, nutrition and income security

The Company will fulfil passionately the following two objectives-

  • Educating farmers, especially small and marginal ones, to shift gradually to value-added cash crops, using disease-free planting materials, adopting organic farming and biological control of plant diseases, in order to enhance family income.
  • Training educated unemployed youth (EUY), Self-Help-Group women (SHG) and farmers towards self-employment, including mentoring in creation of startups, promoting rural entrepreneurship.

ROUND THE YEAR ONLINE SELECTION BASED ON BIO-DATA AND INTERVIEW-

Temporary post- Trainee Microbiologist

ELIGIBILITY- The candidate must have B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Botany/ Microbiology from a reputed college/Institution (some hands-on experience on plant or microbial culture initiation is preferable).

Training for self-reliance and start-up

Phase-I: one day exposure training on laboratory practices for self-employment/self-reliance. We shall train for exposure to cleanroom technical assistance (needed in clinics/ microbiology laboratory/ biotechnology laboratory / biochemistry laboratory etc).

Phase-II: Successful candidates from Phase-I training will be chosen for intensive training for one week to one month. In this Phase information on starting a new company (start-up) and getting financial support from Government will be shared.

Phase-I training will start whenever 10 candidates show interest for such training.

The candidate has to show all degree certificates/marksheets in original DURING INTERVIEW.
