The Company will fulfil passionately the following two objectives-

  • Educating farmers, especially small and marginal ones, to shift gradually to value-added cash crops, using disease-free planting materials, adopting organic farming and biological control of plant diseases, in order to enhance family income.
  • Training educated unemployed youth (EUY), Self-Help-Group women (SHG) and farmers towards self-employment, including mentoring in creation of startups, promoting rural entrepreneurship.
